We turn Taina's Dream of Love Day Care to a Pro tools recording studio full of kids ages 2-5. They learn how vibrations send sound to our ears and how those same sounds can be recorded and turned into music. We focused on group participation and listening skills to introduce the importance of following directions. We recorded the kids singing the ABC's in small groups and let them engage in braking down the sound waves so they gain a sense of independence. After we that, we did one big group with all the kids to promote teamwork. The end results were so rewarding. To see the smiles and the "light bulbs" go on in their eyes was priceless.
